Adam Stansberry

Adam Stansberry serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Philz Coffee since April 2021. Prior to this role, Adam held the position of Senior Vice President for US Retail and Store Operations at Caribou Coffee from February 2020 to April 2021, leading single and co-branded locations across the United States. With a progressive career at Coffee and Bagel Brands from June 2014 to February 2020, Adam contributed as Vice President for US Retail and later as Strategic Program Management and Integration Lead, overseeing operational excellence for a multi-brand enterprise. Adam began experience in the coffee industry as the Director of Operations and District Manager for Caribou Coffee, managing extensive retail operations and staff development. Adam started in the hospitality sector at Kruse and Muer Corporation, progressing from various roles to Area Manager and General Manager. Academic credentials include studies at Wayne State University from 1993 to 1996.
