Currently serving as Director of Field Operations - Retail at Philz Coffee since May 2018, Kelly oversees operations across multiple regions including Orange County, Los Angeles, Chicago, and Washington D.C. Previously, Kelly held various leadership roles at Nordstrom from January 2008 to 2018, including Regional Manager for the Specialty Coffee Division, managing 13 stores in Northern California and Hawaii. Additional experience includes serving as Regional Operations Manager at Trumpet Behavioral Health and Operations Director at Concentra. Early career roles at Starbucks Coffee Company included District Manager and Store Manager. Education includes attendance at De Anza College and Monta Vista High School.
