Naor Shimon is a seasoned professional with extensive expertise in product development and engineering, currently serving as Product Director at Phinergy since November 2021. Prior to this role, Naor held the position of Chief Technology Officer at Chunphy Energy, leading product and scientific developments centered on patented Aluminum-Air technology. Naor has also served as Senior Manager of Worldwide Divisional Engineering at Vishay Precision Group, overseeing process engineering across multiple international manufacturing sites. Additional experience includes managerial and engineering roles focused on R&D, process engineering, and teaching at prominent educational institutions, as well as a background in military technology design. Naor holds both M.Sc and B.Sc degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
