Nicolas Touaux

Nicolas Touaux is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management consulting, investment, and academic roles. Currently serving as a Sponsor & Investor at Newtree Impact, Cowboy, and Brussels Beer Project since 2014, Nicolas also co-founded and directs Phinest, a management consulting firm focused on fostering human excellence and organizational transformation. Prior to these roles, Nicolas was a Professor at EM Normandie Business School, teaching various subjects related to negotiation and business engineering from 2009 to 2019. Earlier career highlights include positions at BDO Belgium as Associate Director, ALTEN Belgium as Senior Manager, and AXEN, where responsibilities included managing business units, developing training programs, and consulting within ICT sectors. Nicolas holds degrees from KEDGE Business School and Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences and has undergone advanced training at Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management.
