Victoria Vargas, PHR, is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in global corporate HR leadership. Currently serving as the Director of Global Corporate Human Resources at PHINIA and previously holding the same role at BorgWarner, Victoria has demonstrated expertise in talent development and HR management throughout various positions, including Division Talent Development Director and Global Human Resources Manager for compensation, analytics, mobility, HRIS, and learning at BorgWarner Inc. Additionally, Victoria's career includes significant roles such as Plant Human Resources Manager and Senior Human Resources Generalist, as well as experience as a Human Resources Business Partner at Bosch.
