Zoe Sutherland CEng is a Customer Quality Manager at PHINIA since July 2023, previously holding the position of Launch & Advance Quality Manager. Prior to this role, Zoe served as a Customer Quality Engineer at BorgWarner from January 2019 to July 2023, with earlier experience as an Area Quality Manager and Customer Support Quality Engineer at Delphi from September 2013 to January 2019. Zoe is certified as an ISO/TS 16949 Internal Auditor and has a background in Manufacturing Systems Engineering and Design Engineering through several student placements at Delphi. Zoe holds a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Warwick and A levels in Maths, Physics, and Design from Simon Langton Grammar School.
