Rolando D. Soliven was elected Compliance Officer on April 14, 2021 and is concurrently Vice President – Group Corporate Governance since April 2019 and Data Protection Officer since May 2022. He has been an officer of the company since March 2012. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from SanBeda College. He has also completed the Enterprise Wide Risk Management Program and the Business Analytics Program of the Asian Institute of Management. He is a Certified Public Accountant (“CPA”), Certified Internal Auditor, Certified Risk Management Assurance, Certified Risk Manager, and Certified Fraud Examiner. He is a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors (“IIA”) and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
