Rebecca Arbeene

Rebecca Arbeene has a diverse range of work experience spanning across various industries. Beginning in 2001 as an Event Planner for Soiree special event planning, they moved on to work as a Commercial Communications Assistant for the Office of the Mayor, City of Beaverton in 2003. Their expertise in sales and marketing led their to work as a Sales & Marketing professional for The Treasury in 2003-2004.

In 2004-2005, Arbeene served East Lansing Art Festival as an Assistant Coordinator, managing all aspects of the event from marketing to sponsorships to festival logistics. Rebecca then worked for Golden Lasso in 2006 where they served as an Account Coordinator and Account Executive, managing direct mail and email marketing programs targeting domestic and international travel agents and cruise passengers for Holland America Line.

From 2010-2014, Arbeene worked as an Account Manager/Strategist for Phinney Bischoff, offering account leadership across a range of research, brand strategy and brand design initiatives for clients from multiple industries. Rebecca then worked as an Account Supervisor and Account Director for CF (Copacino + Fujikado) from 2014-2021, a 4x Ad Age Small Agency of the Year winner.

In 2021, Arbeene joined Northbound as a Group Account Director, responsible for building a dynamic account team, driving new business, servicing major technology clients, and spearheading operational evolution through a period of expansion. Rebecca worked there until September 2021 when they joined Little Hands of Stone as an Account Director, leading initiatives in driving client expansion and generating strong revenue growth while overseeing strategic planning and business development. Rebecca moved up to the position of VP Client Services at Phinney Bischoff in June 2023, where they currently work.
