Shawn Miller

Shawn Miller is an experienced facility and operations manager with a strong background in maintenance and project coordination across various industries. Currently serving as Facility Director at Phinney Neighborhood Association since June 2022, Shawn previously held roles such as Facilities Manager at The Melding Pot and Maintenance Supervisor at Coast Property Management, where responsibilities included tenant relations and maintaining facility safety. Additional experience includes managing multiple departments as Base Operations Manager for Eventions at Microsoft, logistics oversight at Marine Hardware, and progressive leadership roles at Report Footwear. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Community College of the Air Force, complemented by a high school diploma from South Kitsap High School.
