Aaron Sledge

Aaron Sledge is an experienced horticultural professional with a strong background in plant science and horticulture. Currently serving as a Horticultural Intern at Phipps Conservatory and Botanical Gardens since June 2014, Aaron has developed skills in planting, watering, and maintaining outdoor gardens. Previous roles include academic positions as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Penn State University and a Horticulture Work Study at Pennsylvania College of Technology, where Aaron managed plant collections and conducted research in plant tissue culture. Additional internships provided diverse experiences in customer service, landscape design, and botany. Aaron holds a Bachelor's degree in Plant Science with a focus on Horticulture from Penn State University and an Associate degree in Horticultural Science from Pennsylvania College of Technology.
