Kyle H. has a wealth of work experience, beginning with their current role as Chief Technology Officer & Co-Founder at PhishCloud Inc., which they have held since 2019. Prior to that, they were a GO Center of Excellence Manager at Amazon.com from 2002-2019. During their time at Amazon, they also held the roles of Sr Account Manager, Account Manger - Operations & CS, and Supply Chain Manager - Target Account, where they worked with the fulfilment aspect of the Amazon / Target. com relationship and drove multi-million dollar projects around operational improvements and customer contact reduction projects. Before Amazon, Kyle was a System Architect at Expeditors International from 1995-2002, where they designed EDI and XML system solutions to mirror real world needs and specialized in international logistics (customs documentation, bills of lading, shipping data) flowing in real time with the movement of freight.

Kyle H. attended Whitworth University from 1989 to 1992, where they earned a degree in English with a focus in Computer Science. Kyle 🚦 then went on to the University of Washington from 1992 to 1994, where they obtained a BA in English with a focus in Computer Sciences.
