Peiyi Lin

ASO Consultant at Phiture

Peiyi Lin is an ASO Consultant at Phiture. Peiyi has over 10 years of experience in research and evaluation, educational technology, and English teaching.

Lin began their career as a Graduate Assistant at Eastern Michigan University, where they co-taught EDMT 330 (Educational Media & Technology) and facilitated technology-integration workshops for in-service teachers. Peiyi also co-wrote grant proposals.

From September 2005 to May 2012, Lin worked as a Research Assistant at Teachers College, Columbia University. There, they co-wrote evaluation reports and academic papers (e.g, journal articles, conference papers, book chapters). Her evaluation projects included planning (e.g., logistics, lit review, survey and assessment design), implementation (e.g., data collection, tracking, cleaning, organization), and conclusion (e.g., data analysis, report writing).

Lin also has experience teaching English. Peiyi was a Conversational English Instructor (Pilot Program) at Affiliated Senior High School of National Taiwan Normal University from October 1998 to January 1999. From October 1998 to June 1999, they taught English as a Subteacher at Taipei Municipal Cheng Kung Senior High School.

Peiyi Lin earned their Doctor of Education from Teachers College, Columbia University in Communication, Computing, and Technology in Education. Peiyi also holds a Master of Science from Teachers College, Columbia University in Applied Statistics, as well as Master of Arts degrees from Eastern Michigan University in Educational Leadership and from National Taiwan Normal University in English Language and Literature. Her undergraduate degree is a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from National Chengchi University.
