Richard Francis

Richard Francis has a diverse work experience history. Richard started their career at Deloitte in 2007 as a Manager and worked there for seven years. In 2014, Richard joined PhotoBox as an FP&A Manager and later became a Senior Manager in Group Financial Planning & Analysis. In 2018, they joined Mallow & Marsh as the Head of Finance and Operations, and then transitioned to the role of Head of Finance in 2020. Currently, Richard is working as the Head of Finance & Operations at Phizz, a position they have held since May 2021.

Richard Francis obtained a MEng degree in Mechanical Engineering from Imperial College London from 2003 to 2007. Following that, they pursued a degree in Accounting and completed the ACA program at ICAEW from 2007 to 2010, obtaining the ACA certification in September 2010.
