Leadership Team

The leadership team at PHL has a history of working in various operations management positions in the healthcare industry. These positions have been with both private healthcare companies, such as Spire Healthcare, and public organizations, such as the East Of England Ambulance Trust. The team members have also held leadership positions in other industries, such as at BH Live. In terms of education, the team members have degrees from universities such as the University of Exeter and have completed leadership programs such as the NHS Leadership Academy.
