Cedric Chin

Cedric Chin is a seasoned technical director and operator with extensive experience in broadcasting and production. Currently serving as Technical Director and APC Operator at WWSI Telemundo 62 since October 2024, Cedric also holds a technician and technical director position at WPHL-TV since March 2022, where responsibilities include operating the ENPS/Ross Overdrive system and managing audio and camera shots. Previously, Cedric was Studio Manager for Currents News at DeSales Media Group from 2008 to June 2020, overseeing daily Catholic news programming and handling various technical aspects such as video editing and media management. Experience also includes leading studio and field productions as Studio Director at Trans Video Communications from 1995 to 2008, and producing sports segments at WPIX-TV from 1991 to 1998. Cedric began a career in production as a Production Assistant at Trans Video Communications from 1991 to 1995. Educationally, Cedric holds a BA in Television and Radio from The City University of New York and attended Fordham University.
