Marcin Cieslak, Oly

Marcin Cieslak, Oly has a diverse work experience in the sports and fitness industry. Marcin began their career in 2010 as a National Team Member for the Polski Komitet Olimpijski. In 2016, they founded and became President of 5Styl, a nonprofit organization that educates children about water safety and popularizes aquatic sports. In 2017, they founded and became CEO of Phlex, a company that uses technology to help swimmers reach their maximum potential. In 2020, they became an Athlete for the Cali Condors, a professional swimming team in the International Swimming League. Marcin also became a Portfolio Company Manager for leAD Sports & Health Tech Partners in 2020. Most recently, in 2021, they became a Judge for Stadia Ventures, a global Sports Innovation Hub for early-stage investment in sports and esports.

Marcin Cieslak, Oly attended the University of Florida from 2011 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in both Finance and Entrepreneurship.
