Ting-Hoi Chan began their work experience as a Pre-Registration Trainee Pharmacist at Boots UK in August 2018, where they worked until September 2019. They then took on the role of Relief Pharmacist at Boots UK from November 2019 to August 2020, and again from September 2020 to January 2022. In January 2022, Ting-Hoi Chan joined Phlo as a Pharmacy Manager.
Ting-Hoi Chan pursued a higher education at the University of Nottingham from 2013 to 2018. During this time, they obtained a degree in Pharmacy, known as MPharm, specializing in the field of study related to pharmaceuticals.
