Brian Hopkins

Brian Hopkins is currently working as the Director of Technical Milling & Project Engineer at PHM Brands since October 2020. Prior to this role, Brian held the position of Director of Technical Milling at Energis Solutions from January 2023 to November 2023. With a background in milling science and management, Brian has also served as a Sr. Head Miller and Head Miller at Ardent Mills from June 2014 to October 2020. Before their time at Ardent Mills, Brian gained experience in various Head Miller roles at Conagra Brands from June 2007 to June 2014. Brian earned their Bachelor of Science degree from Kansas State University in 2007.
