Kevin Wayne is an experienced hospitality professional with a strong background in rooms and operations management, having worked for various prestigious hotel brands since 2006. Currently serving as the Rooms Operations Manager at PHM Management, Kevin oversees properties with significant guest room and meeting space capabilities while maintaining high departmental standards across multiple facets of operations. Previous roles include Director of Rooms at DoubleTree by Hilton, where Kevin fostered a positive team environment, and Front Office Manager positions with Dolce Hotels & Resorts, HEI Hotels & Resorts, Allegria Hotel, and The London NYC, focusing on team development and guest experience. Kevin holds an MBA in Strategic Management from The Wharton School and dual bachelor's degrees in English (Secondary Education) and Sociology from Stony Brook University.
