Charity Bukowski has extensive work experience in HR and customer service roles. Charity is currently working as the Head of HR - UK at PHMG since 2022. Prior to this role, they worked as a People & Culture Business Partner at PHMG from 2022 to 2023.

Charity Bukowski has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from The Manchester Metropolitan University, obtained in 2008. Charity furthered their education by completing a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management with CIPD Level 7 from the same university, from 2015 to 2017. In 2017, they also obtained an Associate Member qualification in Human Resources Management at Level 7 from CIPD. Additionally, Charity has obtained various certifications, including Mental Health First Aid Champion, CMI Level 7 Certificate in Leadership Coaching and Mentoring, and Certified Practitioner in Personal Profile Analysis. Charity is also a First Aider, a Time To Change Champion, and holds a CMI Level 5 Award in Management Coaching and Mentoring.
