Thomas Thiele DipFA has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Thomas started their career in 2014 as a Personal Banking Manager at Nationwide Building Society, where they excelled for over three years. In this role, they represented the Personal Banking Managers of Central London and was involved in delivering legendary service and championing innovative projects.

Thomas then moved on to work as a Management Consultant at Save the Needy, a small NGO based in Sierra Leone. Here, they provided direction, donations, and leadership to help bring appropriate sanitation levels and educational supplies to local schools in the Freetown Area.

In 2020, Thomas joined PHMG, the world's leading provider of audio branding, where they have held multiple roles. Thomas started as an Account Manager, providing professional account management and high-quality customer care to clients worldwide. Thomas then progressed to become an Account Director, taking on additional responsibilities such as maximizing revenue opportunities and reducing client churn. Later, they were promoted to Client Care Director, where they conducted creative workshops, mapped long-term projects, and negotiated contractual obligations to ensure client satisfaction. Currently, Thomas holds the position of Head of Client Care - North America, using their audio branding expertise to support over 32,000 clients and maintain their satisfaction.

Throughout their career, Thomas has demonstrated strong leadership skills, a customer-centric approach, and a commitment to delivering excellent service.

Thomas Thiele DipFA obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Art, Event, and Performance from Leeds Beckett University, studying from 2009 to 2012.
