Kimberly Kurtis currently serves as the Associate Dean for Faculty Development & Scholarship at the Georgia Institute of Technology's College of Engineering, a position held since January 1999. In this role, responsibilities include managing tenure track faculty promotion and reappointment processes, supporting faculty development, and facilitating engagement in research and educational initiatives.
