Sarah Smith has been working in the software industry for over 10 years. Sarah started their career as a Sales Assistant at The Co-operative Group, where they were responsible for helping customers find the right products for their needs. Sarah then moved to Triton Showers, where they spent 10 years as a Retail Account Manager. In their current role as a Major Accounts Consultant at Phocas Software, Sarah is responsible for working with some of the largest companies in the world to help them get the most out of their Phocas investment.

Sarah Smith has a Higher National Certificate in Business Administration and Management, General from North Warwickshire & Hinckley College. Sarah also has NVQ Levels 2 & 3 in Business Administration and Management, General from CWT Chamber Training Coventry.
