Michael Pfleegor

Michael Pfleegor, CMA, is an accomplished finance professional, currently serving as the Executive Director of Finance at Phoebe Ministries since November 2021. In addition, Michael holds the position of CFO at Elderberry Consulting, LLC, since May 2018. Prior experience includes serving as the Director of General Accounting at Tower Health Medical Group from August 2019 to January 2021, and the Director of Finance at St Joseph Regional Health Network from January 2008 to March 2018. Earlier in Michael's career, the role of Manager of Decision Support and Budgets was held at Good Shepherd Rehabilitation Network from 2001 to 2008. Michael earned a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania, where a BS in Accounting was also obtained.
