Michael Sein Do

Michael Sein, DO, CPE, FAAFP, is an experienced Family Physician with a long-standing commitment to medical education and patient care. Currently serving as a Faculty member for the Phoebe Family Medicine Residency Program at Phoebe Putney Health System, Michael Sein precepts Family Practice residents and oversees their clinical and hospital training. As the Department Chair of Family Medicine at Health and Human Services since August 2019, and as a Clinical Director at Dawson Medical Center, Michael Sein manages clinical staff and daily operations. Furthermore, Michael Sein has actively contributed to Albany Area Primary Health Care as Department Chair and Committee Chair for Education and Research, focusing on physician education and research initiatives. With a robust educational background including fellowships and certifications pertinent to family medicine, Michael Sein continues to advance the field through collaboration with various medical organizations, including a recent role on the Board of Directors for the Georgia Academy of Family Physicians.
