John Byrum

John Byrum is an experienced aviation professional with a comprehensive background in quality assurance and maintenance management. Currently serving as the Quality Assurance Lead at Phoenix Air Group since September 2017, John previously held roles including Maintenance Controller at FlightWorks, A&P Mechanic at StandardAero, and Maintenance Control Senior Chief in the US Navy, where John managed significant maintenance operations and led large teams. John's expertise spans across scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on various aircraft types, including the Dassault Falcon series and MH-60 helicopters. John holds an Associate of Science degree in Aviation Maintenance Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
