Summer Rye

Summer Rye is an experienced professional in the fields of fashion design and media, currently serving as the Assistant to the Jacquie Dorrance Curator of Fashion Design at Phoenix Art Museum since September 2021. Previously, Summer Rye held a role as an Assistant at FORD/Robert Black Agency from January to July 2022. Summer Rye's early experience includes creating videos for SMU Look Magazine and serving as both a crew member and writer at SMU Daily Campus, contributing to print and online publications. Currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Fashion and Textile Studies at the Fashion Institute of Technology, Summer Rye holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Fashion Media and Art History from Southern Methodist University.
