Associate Vice President - Individual Giving at Phoenix Children's Foundation

Aaron Peace has a diverse work experience in the field of philanthropy, fundraising, and leadership. Aaron is currently working at the Phoenix Children's Hospital Foundation as the Associate Vice President - Individual Giving. Prior to this, they held the role of Senior Director - Philanthropy at the same organization.

Before joining Phoenix Children's Hospital Foundation, Aaron served as the President / Chief Philanthropy Officer at the DIGNITY HEALTH FOUNDATION-EAST VALLEY for almost 8 years. Aaron provided leadership and strategic direction to advance the mission, achieving significant increases in giving participation and dollars given by the Board members.

Aaron also worked as the President / Chief Philanthropy Officer at St. John's Regional Medical Center, where they successfully reorganized the transfer process, resulting in a significant increase in transfers to the hospitals.

Earlier in their career, Aaron worked at CCS as an Assistant Vice President, where they developed and implemented fundraising plans and strategies, leading several capital campaigns to a 100% campaign success rate.

Throughout their career, Aaron Peace has demonstrated their expertise in philanthropy, board development, strategic leadership, and campaign success.

Aaron Peace attended the University of Phoenix from 2002 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Management. In 2013, they also obtained a certification in Ministry Leadership from the Ministry Leadership Center.
