Amy Norton

Amy Norton is a highly experienced professional in the field of physical therapy, currently serving as Program Director for the Physical Therapist Assistant program at Pima Medical Institute since July 2023. Concurrently, Amy has been working as a Physical Therapist in Sports Medicine at Phoenix Children's Hospital since August 2018. Prior to these roles, Amy held key positions at Carrington College, including Program Director and Lead Instructor for the Physical Therapy Assistant program from January 2018 to September 2023, and served as Director/Manager of Physical Therapy at TOCA from August 2004 to December 2017. Early career experience includes a supervisory role at Midwest Physical Therapy & Sports Center from 2000 to 2004. Amy holds a Bachelor's degree in Zoology/Animal Biology from Arizona State University, along with a Master's degree and Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Northwestern University.
