Brandi Rone

Brandi Rone has a diverse background in the healthcare industry, starting with their role as a Marketing Representative and Patient Consultant at the Scottsdale Institute for Cosmetic Dermatology in 2009. Brandi then joined the Mayo Clinic in 2014 as a Graduate Intern, where they worked on projects related to data analysis, process improvement, and administrative support.

Following their time at the Mayo Clinic, Brandi joined the Scottsdale Lincoln Health Network (formerly John C. Lincoln) as a Practice Supervisor, managing a team of medical assistants and front office staff. Brandi prioritized tasks effectively to maintain smooth office operations and ensure patient satisfaction.

In 2014, Brandi transitioned to Banner Health as a Senior Practice Manager, where they utilized their leadership skills to train and motivate staff members while overseeing the overall operations of the practice. Brandi'sinitiatives resulted in increased profitability and improved patient care standards.

Brandi then joined HPS Solutions-Healthcare Consulting as an Associate Consultant in 2017, where they gained experience in healthcare consulting. Brandi later joined Phoenix Children's Hospital, first as a Practice Administrator and then as the Director of Operations. In these roles, they oversaw the operational aspects of multiple clinics, promoted high-quality patient care, and drove operational excellence.

Brandi Rone earned a Master's degree in Science of Healthcare Delivery from Arizona State University in 2013-2014. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Integrative Studies with a focus on Business/Marketing from the same university in 2006-2008. In 2004-2005, they received certification as a Certified Nurses Assistant from the Arizona Board of Nursing, specializing in Nursing Assistant/Aide and Patient Care Assistant/Aide.
