Erica Johnson

Erica Johnson, MBA, currently serves as the Manager of Operational Communications at Phoenix Children's since February 2023. Prior to this position, Erica held the role of Director of Membership and Communications at the Arizona Osteopathic Medical Association, where responsibilities included member recruitment and communication with a diverse stakeholder group. Erica has extensive experience in marketing and communications, having spent eight years in various roles at Hospital Sisters Health System, including Division Director of Marketing and Communications. Additional experience includes positions at Sacred Heart Griffin High School, Illinois Institute for Continuing Legal Education, and The State Journal-Register. Erica holds an MBA from Benedictine University and a Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communications and Graphic Design from the University of Illinois Springfield.
