Fred Deacy

Fred Deacy, SPHR, SHRM-SCP is a seasoned compensation professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as a Senior Compensation Consultant at Phoenix Children's Hospital since September 2021, Fred also operates Deacy Enterprises LLC as President from January 2005 to the present. Previous roles include Senior Compensation Consultant at Banner Health, Senior Compensation Analyst at Freeport-McMoRan, and various leadership positions at Mission Support Alliance, managing total compensation and HRIS initiatives. Fred also has experience in benefits accounting and analysis from tenures at Fluor Corporation and Pacific Northwest National Laboratory. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Sociology from Washington State University, along with an Associate of Arts and Sciences from Columbia Basin College.
