Joan McLemore

Joan McLemore is an experienced professional in revenue integrity and healthcare administration, currently serving as the Director of Revenue Integrity at Phoenix Children's since September 2021. In this role, Joan has enhanced revenue performance through strategic oversight of financial processes related to patient care and compliance with charge capture practices. Previously, Joan held leadership positions at Cape Cod Healthcare, directing revenue integrity for various healthcare services; UT Health East Texas, where support was provided to multiple hospitals; and Trinity Mother Frances Health System, leading project management for revenue initiatives. Early career roles include directorships in nonprofit organizations, alongside management positions in public health and operations. Joan holds a Master’s of Science in Healthcare Administration from LeTourneau University and a Bachelor’s of Applied Science from the University of Texas at Tyler.
