Melissa Warden

Melissa Warden has extensive experience in leadership and operational management roles in the healthcare industry. Melissa has served as Vice President of Clinical Operations at Phoenix Children's Hospital, where they provided strategic leadership and oversight for various departments. Melissa also established a process improvement program at the hospital and led teams to improve operational performance. Prior to that, they worked as an Attorney and President at Hackney Law and held executive roles at Mercy Hospital - Oklahoma City, where they provided operational oversight and streamlined workflows and processes. Melissa also served as Director of Patient Safety and Satisfaction at Sisters of Mercy Health System, where they oversaw risk management and successfully resolved cases and claims. Melissa has a background in law, having worked as an Attorney at Whitten, Nelson, McGuire, Terry & Roselius. Melissa began their career as a Patient Care Manager at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center and as a Director of Nursing in various hospitals. Melissa has experience in implementing new models of care, managing the opening of new units, and improving patient satisfaction scores.

Melissa Warden received their Juris Doctor degree in Legal from Oklahoma City University, where they studied from 2002 to 2005. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Oklahoma Baptist University, where they studied from 1989 to 1993.
