Tracy Frakes Kennedy

Tracy Frakes Kennedy is an experienced leader in organizational development and human resources, currently serving as VP of Organizational Development & Learning at Phoenix Children's since December 2023. As the founder of TK Consulting since 2006, Tracy provides expertise in performance management, talent management, change management, and executive coaching. Previously, Tracy held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Crescent Crown Distributing, where strategic HR practices were transformed, and innovative talent solutions were implemented. Prior roles include Executive Director of Transformation & Organizational Effectiveness and Senior Director of Transformation & HR Strategy at Banner Health, focusing on aligning HR with organizational transformation. Tracy began the career at AGIA, advancing from Director of Training & Development to AVP of Training & Organizational Development. Tracy holds a BA in English/Technical Writing and Spanish from Utah State University.
