Tara Bethell is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in human resources, consulting, and education. As the Founder and CEO of Copper Quail Consulting since November 2017, Tara has focused on enhancing the capacity of Arizona nonprofits. Tara's experience includes serving as Director of People & Experience at McKinney, Vice President of Human Resources at Audacious Studios, and Senior Vice President of Human Resources & Risk Management at Beatitudes Campus. Additionally, Tara has contributed to academic settings as an Adjunct Faculty member at Phoenix College and an Instructor at the American Nonprofit Academy. Tara holds an Executive MBA in Leadership from Grand Canyon University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, graduating Summa Cum Laude from Arizona State University.
