Christopher Manring

Christopher Manring is an experienced professional in learning and development, currently serving as Learning and Development Manager at Phoenix Communications, Inc. since March 2019, following roles as Learning and Development Specialist and Training Coordinator. In these positions, Christopher focused on training new hires in fiber splicing, OTDR work, troubleshooting, safety practices, and documentation.
