With a specialty in Hogan Psychometric Analysis and Leadership Development Workshops, Feras "The Growth Enabler" has over 2000 training hours and 100 coaching hours annually. Feras has a portfolio of 50+ clients throughout the Middle East and North Africa Region. Feras "The Growth Enabler" has also held various leadership positions in companies such as Phoenix Consulting International, Qatar Airways, Chevron, Al Ahli Bank of Kuwait, Institute of Banking Studies, Future Communications Co, Nextel Cellular, and Minacs. Feras holds an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Wales and a BSC in Physics from Dalhousie University.
