Paul Aelmore

Paul Aelmore is currently the Chief Engineer at Phoenix Defense, LLC., overseeing engineering operations for a significant DoD contract. Paul previously served as Deputy Chief Engineer at the same company. Prior to this, Paul worked as a Senior System Engineer at Lockheed Martin and as a Battalion FSO in the Army National Guard. Paul's experience also includes roles at Agile Defense, Inc., Northrop Grumman Corporation, Intelligent Decision Systems, Inc., and Applied Training Solutions. Paul is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Systems Engineering at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
