Walt Teter

Walt Teter possesses extensive experience in executive leadership roles within the energy and infrastructure sectors. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Phoenix Development Holding Company LLC since June 2019, Teter is also the Owner of Featherwood Capital, established in March 2003, and the Principal at Featherwood (Puerto Rico) since January 2017. Previous positions include a Member of the Board of Directors at Make A Difference Ventures from May 2021 to February 2024, Board Director at American Ethane from March 2014 to July 2016, and Senior Vice President at EP ENERGY from September 1999 to February 2003. Teter's career began as a Project Manager at Statoil, focusing on LNG marketing and LPG sales development from September 1995 to September 1999. Teter holds an MBA in International Finance from USC Marshall School of Business and a BS in Finance from the University of Maryland.
