Emma Goodes

Emma joined Phoenix in February 2022 and leads the Charity's finance and technology teams, working across their organization to ensure they have appropriate governance and an operating model that enables us to be as effective and efficient as they can be, underpinned by a robust IT infrastructure. Their aim is to always seek continual improvements, to better support their colleagues, and to work together to drive change, aimed at improving delivery at the frontline.
