Tony Pearson

Tony joined Phoenix in April 2015 as the Director of Human Resources and Learning & Development. Working in a complex multi-site organization, the HR and L&D teams support managers, staff, and volunteers to deliver high-quality and consistent services which meet the very best of employment standards.

Before joining Phoenix, Tony was the Director of Human Resources of a national learning disability charity, and he has also worked in senior HR and general management roles in both Local Government and the NHS. Tony is a member of both the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (MCIPD) and the Institute of Healthcare Management (MIHM).
