Padideh Ahmadi

Padideh Ahmadi currently serves as Senior Legal Counsel at Phoenix Group, advising on cross-border transactions and deal structuring since July 2025. Previously, Padideh held roles as Group Legal Counsel and Legal Counsel at Energetech, focusing on commercial and regulatory legal support across MENA and Europe. Additional experience includes managing intellectual property matters as Group Legal Counsel at NextEnergy Group and drafting critical commercial agreements at WiseEnergy. Padideh began the legal career as a Trainee Solicitor and Paralegal, with foundational experience in contract management at Adam Smith International and Capita. Academic qualifications include a Master’s in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor’s in Commercial Law from the University of Westminster.
