Mandar Sathe

Mandar Sathe currently serves as Vice President & Group Head of Human Resources at The Phoenix Group since February 2025. Prior to this role, Mandar was Director of Human Resources at Infocenter from August 2023 to December 2024, where a key focus was on developing HR strategies that aligned with business objectives and fostered employee engagement. Previously held positions include Head of Human Resources at NewVision Software and Exxat, and Senior Manager & Head of Human Resources at Deluxe, where Mandar was responsible for managing HR functions for a significant workforce in a US-based media company. Mandar's educational background includes a degree in Strategic Human Resource Management from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and participation in a PGP in Strategic HR Leadership at XLRI Delhi-NCR.
