Ellen Porter

Ellen Porter is a seasoned professional in the field of insights and market research, currently serving as the Head of Corporate Reputation Insights at Phoenix Group since February 2023. Previously, Ellen took a brief hiatus from the workforce in January 2023. Ellen's extensive experience includes holding the position of Head of Insight at Royal Mail from November 2014 to December 2022, and prior roles such as Head of Marketing Intelligence at ING Direct from October 2004 to October 2014, Market Research Manager at Orange from 2003 to 2004, and Research Manager at The AA from 1996 to 2003. Ellen's career began as a Senior Research Executive at Marketing Sciences in 1996. Ellen earned a BA (Hons) in Social Administration from the University of Brighton between 1986 and 1989 and attended Highworth Girls School from 1981 to 1985.
