Harriet Gorbeck

Harriet Gorbeck is an experienced marketing professional currently serving as the Group Head of Content Marketing and Campaigns at Phoenix Group since January 2022. Previously, Harriet held various positions at BT, including Head of Marketing Content and Events, and Senior Channel Marketing Manager. Other notable roles include Commercial Marketing Manager at EE, Channel Marketing Manager at Aviva, and Brand and Digital Marketing Manager at Friends Provident International, where responsibilities included new brand development and digital content strategy. Harriet also worked as a CVM Delivery Manager at Friends Life UK and has foundational experience in marketing from Deloitte and Friends Provident. Harriet holds a Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing, attained between 2003 and 2006.
