Julie Dowell

Julie Dowell has extensive experience in product and data services, currently serving as the Head of ReAssure Product and Data Services at Phoenix Group. Previously, Julie held the roles of Senior Manager - Product and Data Services and RPA Lead, as well as Business Analysis Manager at ReAssure. Additionally, Julie worked as Manager - Commercial Solutions Delivery at Admin Re, and as a Senior Risk Analyst at Admin Re UK. Julie's career also includes a position as Business Delivery Manager at Windsor Life Assurance. Julie holds a BA Hons degree in English Literature from Aberystwyth University, where studies were completed from 1989 to 1992, following education at Idsall Sixth Form from 1987 to 1989.
