Kara Dickson

Kara Dickson is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Group Head of HR Operations and Head of Reward and Employee Relations at Phoenix Group since August 2018. Prior to this role, Kara held multiple positions at Standard Life from September 2011 to October 2021, including Head of People and Strategic HR Business Partner, where responsibilities included designing a new Tier 0 Service and reviewing senior leadership development programs. Kara holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Edinburgh Napier University and an LLB (Hons) in Law from The University of Edinburgh.
