Suzi Sallis

Suzi Sallis is an experienced Internal Communications and Engagement Manager at Phoenix Group since October 2022, where responsibilities include strategic communication planning for Corporate Affairs, Investor Relations, Risk, Internal Audit, and General Counsel. Prior to this role, Suzi served as an Internal Communications Officer at NFU Mutual from August 2014 to September 2022, managing communication across a large internal workforce and agency network. Additional experience includes a Communications Officer position at the Solicitors Regulation Authority and early roles in retail and finance, including Assistant Buyer at Debenhams and Risk and Control Assistant Manager at Citi. Suzi holds an Internal Communications Diploma from the Chartered Institute of Public Relations and various counseling qualifications from Heart of Worcestershire College, along with a Bachelor’s degree in International Business and French from Aston University and a Diplome d'Administration des Entreprises from Grenoble Ecole de Management.
