Carla Jackson

Carla Jackson is an accomplished Director of Operations at Phoenix Healthcare LLC, a position held since February 2009, where support and direction are provided to facility administrators to ensure high-quality care for residents and patients in compliance with state and federal regulations. Prior to this role, Carla served as Administrator at Forest Hills Healthcare Center from August 1997 to February 2009 and at Green Country Care Center from September 1991 to August 1997. Carla holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Foods, Nutrition, and Related Services from Oklahoma State University, with previous studies completed at Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College.
